Family-owned Mount Ephraim boasts ten acres of Edwardian gardens in an area famed for fruit growing. Terraces of fragrant roses lead to a small lake and water garden, framed by a Japanese rock garden and bridge. Highlights include unusual topiary animals and birds, a maze planted with ornamental grasses and herbaceous perennials, and an extensive arboretum.
This is the final fixture in the Plant Fairs Roadshow calendar for 2025, offering an excellent opportunity to prepare your garden for both autumn and spring. There will be nurseries offering late-flowering perennials, spring-flowering bulbs, ferns, acers and unusual exotics.
Mount Ephraim's Tea Room will be open, serving light lunches, homemade cakes, cream teas, and a variety of hot and cold refreshments.
