Mount Ephraim boasts ten acres of family-owned Edwardian gardens in an area famed for fruit growing - this is the very heart of the Garden of England. Terraces of fragrant roses lead to a small lake and water garden, framed by a Japanese rock garden and bridge. Highlights include unusual topiary animals and birds, a maze planted with ornamental grasses and herbaceous perennials, and an extensive arboretum.
This is the final fixture in the Plant Fairs Roadshow calendar for 2024 and a great opportunity to prepare your garden for autumn and spring. There will be nurseries offering late-flowering perennials, spring-flowering bulbs, ferns, acers and unusual exotics.
Mount Ephraim's Tea Room will be open serving light lunches, homemade cakes, cream teas with hot and cold refreshments.
