Celebrate spring at Eltham Palace's first-ever Spring Fair. This new event features plant stalls and local makers, along with lawn games and glorious gardens filled with bulbs and blossom.
In 1936, eccentric millionaires Stephen and Virginia Courtauld decided to build their magnificent Art Deco mansion adjacent to the medieval Great Hall of Eltham Palace, creating a masterpiece of modern interiors. You can explore 19 acres of beautiful, historic gardens, including the rock garden with its series of pools and waterfalls that cascade into the moat.
To conclude your visit, there's a visitor centre with a shop and a pretty café in the glasshouse, as well as a play area for children.
Admission £18.70 in advance, £22 on the day. Includes admission to the palace and gardens. English Heritage members enter for free
