Piccolo Seeds - Rudbeckia 'Green Eyes'
£3.50
Rudbeckia is a North American wildflower known for its vibrant yellow blooms that add a splash of colour in open fields and gardens alike. Only 60 cm tall, this prolific variety blooms in early summer and produces flowers until the first frost.
Contrary to its common name, 'Black-Eyed Susan', this variety produces bright golden-yellow petals and light-green eyes. Although the flower's Latin name is a tribute to Prof. Rudbeck, the Swedish scientist and botanist, we are left wondering who Susan is!
Each packet unfolds to reveal simple yet comprehensive instructions on sowing, growing, supporting, and harvesting, including companion planting suggestions.
