The Plant Fairs Roadshow will travel to the Serge Hill Gardens for the second time in 2026. This plant fair was a sell-out in 2025, so I encourage you to book your tickets as soon as possible.
As well as the chance to buy plants from over 15 independent plant nurseries, The Serge Hill Plant Fair will open up and bring together three iconic gardens, all a short walk from each other: Tom and Sue Stuart-Smith’s The Barn Garden; Kate Stuart-Smith’s gardens and walled garden at Serge Hill; and The Plant Library – a living catalogue of over 2,000 perennials and bulbs planted in sand and green-waste, with the community eco barn, The Apple House, home of The Serge Hill Project.
The plant fair will take place in the field in front of Serge Hill, with a programme of speakers running throughout the day in the Apple House and refreshments available across the site.
Profits from the entrance fee to the Plant Fair will go to The Serge Hill Project for Gardening, Creativity and Health, a community interest company founded by Tom & Sue Stuart-Smith, based on the understanding that working within gardens and nature can radically transform people’s health and wellbeing.
PLEASE NOTE, ALL TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT MUST BE PREBOOKED.
Entry is timed, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you wish - there's so much to see. No tickets will be available to purchase at the gate.
