Plantsmith Fortifying Houseplant Tonic is a professional-grade houseplant food containing a balance of 13 essential nutrients.
I have been using this product continuously for two years now and have loved the results - my houseplants are altogether perkier and all I have to do is water them.

I aim to pick and pack your order within 24 hours of receipt and you should expect your parcel to arrive within 3–5 working days under normal circumstances. Orders placed on a Friday may not be sent until the following Monday. All delivery charges are calculated and displayed at the checkout.
- If your order can safely be sent in an envelope or small packet, it will be sent by Royal Mail, usually via a tracked service. This doesn't require a signature but does let you know where your parcel is.
- Larger orders will be sent either with Royal Mail or FedEx depending on weight and contents. Tracking details will be sent via SMS and/or email, if these contacts are provided.
- Large or heavy items will be sent via FedEx or an equivalent courier with tracking provided.

Unlike outdoor plants, houseplants are completely reliant on their hosts to keep them well fed. Although they arrive in compost that contains low levels of fertiliser, these nutrients are quickly used up, typically within 6-8 weeks. Using a good plant food will ensure your houseplants are getting the vital minerals and vitamins they need to flourish.
It’s best to feed houseplants regularly during their growing season, which runs from March to September. During this time, use Fortifying Tonic every other time you water your indoor plants. Mixing it couldn’t be easier - simply shake the bottle well and mix 5 ml (approximately 4 pumps) into a litre of tepid water and apply to the compost at the base of the plant. For younger plants mix the same amount into 2 litres of water so that it's slightly weaker.
Ensure your plants do not sit in water as this will rot the roots and kill the plants. Come back and check 15 minutes after watering and pour away any water that remains in the saucer or planter.
